Espeon

Sorry it took me a while to get here. I don't visit dA regularly these days.

I don't really know what I should say about this, since pokemon are so simplified. But if you want to know a few things that could have been done better, I can mention these.

The sideburns are a bit small, and they could have been "puffier" and larger. They seem to be a bit small and static.

The forhead gem is also a bit too large in comparison to the eyes, which in my opinion, should have been further apart, and a bit smaller.

The ears on the other hand, are pretty much just like they should, so nothing to correct there.

Try using guidelines when drawing the head, so that you will have easier time seeing where the center of the face is. Just divide the rough ball representin the head into segments, and try looking for references to determine the best place to position the eyes on those segments.
